TRW Flare Event Designs Terms of Service Agreement
This Terms of Service Agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding contract between TRW Flare Event Designs ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") and the user ("User," "you," or "your") of our services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by the terms and condiGons of this Agreement.

DescripGon of Services
2.1. Our services include special event design strategies, pipe and draping, and floral designs. 2.2. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or disconGnue any or all parts of our services at any Gme, without prior noGce.
User ObligaGons
3.1. You agree to use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulaGons.
3.2. You will not use our services for any illegal, unauthorized, or prohibited purposes.
3.3. You are responsible for maintaining the confidenGality of your account credenGals and for all acGviGes that occur under your account.
3.4. You agree not to interfere with or disrupt the security or integrity of our services or the data contained therein.
3.5. You acknowledge that any content you submit through our services is your responsibility, and you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and display such content.
Intellectual Property
4.1. All intellectual property rights in our services and any content provided by us (excluding your submiWed content) are owned by or licensed to us.
4.2. You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, or create derivaGve works based on our services or any content provided by us without our prior wriWen consent.

ModificaGons to the Agreement
9.1. We reserve the right to modify or amend this Agreement at any Gme.
9.2. Any changes to this Agreement will be effecGve immediately upon posGng of the revised version on our website or through other means of noGficaGon.
