Planning, organization and creativity have always come easy to me. In fact, my family and friends would say I’m obsessive about them! And something else I’m equally obsessive about is how important nurturing relationships are, how short life is and enjoying every moment and creating memories that invoke an emotion you will remember 20 years from now. In the creative strategy process,

I thrive on understanding the relationships within the heart of the event and getting to know them, what they love, and their hopes and dreams. Through my event design tenure, I have the privilege of getting to play a role in some of life’s most important moments for my clients. I thrive on building intimate relationships that help TRW Flare Event Designs build equally as intimate and personalized events that capture each of my client’s unique personalities.

We can say that we are obsessed with Quality, Perfection and creating an Iconic Experience for our clients. Big or small...If you can dream it up, we will put our expertise and professionalism to work to bring it to life. Are you ready to dream?

I was the opening act for Ray Charles in 1998 with a traveling contemporary gospel group in my undergraduate days. We got to meet him backstage and he was just as lovely as anyone could imagine.

Being an event manager I actually eloped with my Husband of 15 years on his 30th birthday in NYC. He asked me to marry him in Central Park and we went to the Justice of the Peace the same day and honeymooned over the weekend. Being in the events industry the last thing I wanted to do was plan my own wedding lol It was one of the best days of my life (although my extended family disagrees...yikes!)

I had my son at 40 years old! My Husband and I traveled and enjoyed our lives the first decade of our marriage and then God blessed us with an angel. I wouldn't trade that for the world. My peace and patience is a lot stronger than it was had I had him earlier in my life. He gives me a sense of purpose and focus.

I was a singer in a former life. In 2015 I performed at my company's Sales Kickoff in front of 5000 global colleagues at the LA Nokia Theater (home of the Oscar's, Grammy's etc.) and won the company Talent Show. I took the winnings and produced my first EP call "Multiplicity by T'Rene" now on Amazon and all streaming platforms. #bucketlistitem

I've traveled internationally and planned events abroad and draw creative influence from other countries, cultures, and their design aesthetics.
